GET/v0/inboxes/{inbox_id}/threads/{thread_id}/lock

When locked is false, locked_at is null. The response does not say which person holds the lock.

While a thread is locked, sends in it return 423 thread_locked and queued messages wait. Events thread.locked and thread.unlocked report changes. Only humans lock and unlock, in the console; there is no endpoint or MCP tool for it. See Human takeover.
