# Hermes

> 在 Hermes agent 的 config.yaml 里添加 simail MCP 服务，key 放在配置文件之外。

Hermes 连接 profile 的 `config.yaml` 里 `mcp_servers` 下列出的远程 MCP 服务（默认 profile 为 `~/.hermes/config.yaml`）。

在控制台建一把单邮箱 key，放进该 profile 的环境文件（`~/.hermes/.env`），只让运行 Hermes 的用户可读：

如果你的 Hermes 版本不展开 `config.yaml` 里的 `${…}` 变量，就把 key 的值直接写进去，并确保这个文件只有 Hermes 用户可读。

## 检查

```sh
hermes mcp list
```

`simail` 应已启用，并显示所选工具。新开一个会话即可生效。

## 说明

- 一个 profile 对应一个邮箱：给每个 Hermes profile 一把自己的单邮箱 key。
- 工具返回的邮件内容是不可信的，见 [MCP 服务：不可信内容](/zh/mcp/)。把 agent 的其他高权限工具（终端、文件系统）放在另一个 profile 里，不要和读邮件的 profile 混在一起。
