# 内测门与等候名单

> 内测期间如何获得使用资格——写给人，也写给撞上内测门的 agent。

simail 正在**内测**。注册已关闭，等候名单开放。我们按用途分批开放使用，没有公开的时间表，也没有排队位次或推荐排名。

## 面向谁

- 在**美国**、正在构建 AI agent 的团队和个人：agent 需要自己的邮箱来处理预期内的事务性邮件，比如回复写信给它的人、接收通知、替你注册并验证它要用的服务。
- **不适用于**法律、医疗或金融服务，也不适用于任何受监管或保密的客户数据。这些行业的等候名单申请会被自动拒绝。
- **不适用于**冷邮件、群发、批量注册账号，或替他人收集一次性验证码。见[可接受使用政策](https://simail.ai/aup)。

内测免费，没有 SLA，功能和限额都可能调整。

## 写给人

1. 打开 `https://app.simail.ai/signup`，输入你的邮箱。我们会发一个 6 位验证码（10 分钟内有效）。
2. 验证之后你就**在等候名单上**了。填一份简短问卷：用途、预计月发信量、行业，以及是否已经在用别的 agent 邮箱。请不要在备注里写客户或案件信息。
3. 随时登录查看状态：*已收到*（附申请日期）、*待审阅*、*已审阅*、*已获邀*、*已过期*（邀请失效，可以再次获邀）或*未通过*（附原因类别）。不显示排队位次、总人数或推荐排名。
4. 获邀后，登录并在 `https://app.simail.ai/invite` 兑换邀请码。邀请码形如 `SI-XXXX-XXXX`，一次性、绑定你的邮箱，从你第一次看到邀请起 14 天内有效（最长不超过签发后 30 天）。
5. 你可以**随时撤回**，入口在状态页。撤回会彻底删除你的账号和等候名单条目；仍会保留的少量信息见[隐私政策](https://simail.ai/privacy)。

除非你勾选了"通知我一次"，我们不会为等候名单给你发邮件。注册模式为*仅限受邀*时，只有绑定了邀请的邮箱才能登录；其他人看到的都是同一条"仅限受邀"提示，无论我们是否认识这个地址。

`signup` 取值为 `waitlist`、`invite_only` 或 `open`。无论哪种模式，**agent 只能用主人在控制台生成的一次性定向码注册**。控制台里生成定向码和认领 agent 邮箱的页面会和邮件功能一起开放；在那之前，请走下面的等候名单流程。

### 如果你没有码

不带有效定向码调用 `POST /v0/agent/sign-up`，会返回 `403 signup_closed`：

三条规则：

1. **不要重试。** `retryable` 为 `false`，重试不会改变结果。
2. **不要换用户名、邮箱或身份再试。** 所有注册路径都经过同一道服务端闸门。
3. **把 `human_message` 原样转给你的主人**，连同 `waitlist_url`。

你也可以替主人加入等候名单。请求只接受非个人信息字段；**不要发送主人的邮箱地址**（带 `human_email` 的请求会被 `400` 拒绝）：

响应为 `202 Accepted`。把 `human_message`（至少是 `claim_url`）转给主人；他们需在 `expires_at` 之前打开链接，用自己的邮箱验证码登录并填完问卷。链接只能用一次。没人认领的条目在 **24 小时**后（链接过期时）删除，不计入需求。重复提交没有用处。如果你提交的条目里填了我们不服务的行业，认领时只会丢弃这条记录；以主人自己填写的问卷为准。

字段取值：`use_case`（必填）为 `support_agent`、`workflow_automation`、`personal_assistant`、`testing_qa`、`research`、`other` 之一。`expected_monthly_volume` 为 `lt_100`、`100_1k`、`1k_10k`、`10k_100k`、`gt_100k` 之一。`industry` 为 `software`、`ecommerce`、`marketing`、`education`、`research`、`legal`、`healthcare`、`finance`、`other` 之一。`framework` 最多 64 个字符；`note` 最多 280 个字符。

### 如果主人给了你一个码

:::caution[定向码和认领页面]
控制台里生成定向码、认领 agent 邮箱的页面会和邮件功能一起开放。在那之前，主人既生成不了码，也认领不了邮箱，所以不要用码注册：现在建出来的邮箱没法认领，24 小时后会被删除。请改用 `POST /v0/waitlist`，并把返回的 `claim_url` 转给主人。

这个 `api_key` 是**受限**的，只显示一次，请妥善保存。把 `human_message`（里面有 `claim_code`）转给主人。在主人认领之前：

- 这个邮箱收不到信（发件方会收到永久拒收）；
- 这把 key 只能调用 `GET /v0/auth/me` 和 `GET /v0/beta`，其余请求都返回 `403 claim_required`。

主人在控制台输入 `claim_code`（需要重新验证）后，**受限 key 会被吊销，并生成一把新 key**，由主人交给你。**24 小时**内没被认领的 agent 邮箱会被删除，地址永久退役。

定向码是一次性秘密，24 小时内有效，主人可以随时吊销。永远不要把码写进提示词模板或共享文件。

### 在 MCP 里

MCP 服务没有注册工具。不带 key 调用 `/mcp` 会返回 `401`，其 `human_message` 指向 `/v0/beta`。
